SH Chip Outcomes Project
Description
The main objective of this project is to explore the medical, behavioral, and economic impact of offering the Sanford Chip, a clinical genetic test that provides pharmacogenomic information and optional disease risk information, to patients of the Sanford Health System in primary health care. We will explore the impact of genotyping analysis on patients, their family, their healthcare providers, and the Sanford Health System at large.
