An observational study of pharmacogenomic testing in pediatric patients with depression and/or anxiety

Description
The purpose of this study is to learn whether or not a genetic test can help your child's provider determine a safer, more effective treatment for their depression and/or anxiety. Participation will last approximately 6 months. The study aims to enroll up to 500 participants across all locations.
